Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 tbspGarlic paste (3 if you like it extra Garlicky)
  2. 3 tbspfresh Lemon juice
  3. 1 tspsea salt ( or none if you want little salt as the garlic paste already has some salt)
  4. 2whole rack of pork ribs
  5. 1 dashchili powder (it is optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pork ribs in half and place in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and coat well.

    Leave to marinade for 3 + hours or overnight in the fridge.

    Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius

  5. 5

    Place ribs on a racked tray and cook on low temperature for 70-80 minutes. (times vary depending on your oven settings)

    For the off the bone meat: cover from the start with foil and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
