Steps

Peel and dice plantain and put to boil with water and salt, once its almost tender, add fish. Chop up and wash leaves and set aside.

Heat pan, bleach palm oil and stir fry onion and habanero pepper. Add blended crayfish, knorr cube and salt

Mix fried sauce with plantain mix and allow it cook for about 5minutes
- 4
Add leaves, mix and cover for a minute and turn off heat; serve while its very hot just the way I enjoy it.
