Mix in bowl flower + water + milk + salt, sugar and pepper + (add spice for color and smell. I like curry)

Mix well. Without any clumps. If the mass is thick,gradually add water and milk. Mass should be sufficiently fluid

Heat frying pan. And start making blintzes. Fry on each side 1-2 min

Add any shredded cheese you like between each layer of blintz
