Cake comes in different shades. Velvety or moist. Chocolate or chiffon, sponge or pound cake, cheese or lava cake. Make that cake with the right recipe and show love.

Cream and coat pan and keep aside. Cream butter. Add sugar and continue creaming

Cream for 8-10mins and ensure you use spatula to scrape as you go along.

Add egg one at a time. To avoid scrambling.

Mix salt, baking powder and Semo flour together.

Add in three batches interchanging with the milk. Make sure to beat on low heat or that you fold with spatula.

Heat oven @180 and bake for 20mins. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before you take off pan and cool on a rack.
