Ingredients

  1. 6fingers unripe plantain
  2. 5fresh pepper (blended)
  3. 1big smoked fish
  4. lonions bulb (chopped)
  5. 2 tablespooncrayfish (blended)
  6. lcube maggi
  7. lbig bunch pumpkin(sliced)
  8. 2 tablespoonpalmoil
  9. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel plantain and wash and cut put lnside a pot add water salt maggi pepper crayfish smoked fish onions and oil and place on heat for 10mins.

  2. 2

    Add your pumpkin for 1mins.

  3. 3

    My unripe plantain and porridge is so so sweet.
