Ingredients

  1. 1 smallboneless pork roast
  2. 1salt & pepper to taste
  3. 2 tbspcrushed garlic
  4. 2 tbspcumin
  5. 2 tbspchili powder
  6. 1 tbsporegano
  7. 1fresh cilantro
  8. 1limes, sliced into wedges

Steps

  1. 1

    season roast with salt & pepper

  2. 2

    mix together cumin, chili powder & oregano

  3. 3

    rub onto roast

  4. 4

    cook in a slow cooker on low.

  5. 5

    when done, shred:)

  6. 6

    Add some fresh cilantro & a squeeze of lime
