  • 1/4 kgmaize flour

    Boil water to boiling point.

  2. 2

    Add little amount of flour then take a mwiko and stir.

  3. 3

    Continue add that flour as you stir the ugali until it thickens

  4. 4

    Cover with alid and let is stay for 5 minute
