Fry onion and peppers for 4 min or until soft

Add ginger and garlic

Add chillies leave it for a minute

Stir in the cabbage slowly until all is nicely mixed with the onion mixture. Pls lower your heat.

Close the lid let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add chicken stock and stir and leave it for a 1 min

I love it a bit crispy and soft not too soft
