Mix all above ingredients. Cross slice meat on both sides. Rub the marinade mixture on both sides.

You can place the meat in a plasic bag. I like to place on a double layer of aluminum foil. Top with another double layer and fold all sides over.

Place in fridge and let marinade for 4-6 hours

Grill 5-7 mins on each side. When done let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain.
