Very refreshing..you can have with hot white rice or just have it like a soup.. if you need more spicier then you can add crushed pepper.

Very refreshing..you can have with hot white rice or just have it like a soup.. if you need more spicier then you can add crushed pepper.
Steps

Heat a vessel, add 3cups of water, mashed dal,chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, green chillies, few curry leaves, rasam powder and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.

Add pineapple puree and pineapple chunks.boil for 2 min.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , crushed garlic, curry leaves anf fry for few seconds.

Add this mixture to the boiled rasam and combine. Turn off the heat and place lid. Garnish with corriander leaves.
