  • 1 smallbag spinach
  • 1 lbSirloin steeak trimmed cut in cubes
  • 1yellow sguash cubed
  • 1 smallcontainer mushrooms your choice
  • 1yellow onion sliced
  • 1spoon crushed garlic
  • 1bell pepper cubed
  • 1 tspGoya Adobo
  • 1/2 jarRagu Chyunky tomato,oniion garlic sauce
  • 2servings Linguine
  • lbmeat
  • gramspasta

  1. 1

    Brown up meat till done, then add spinach and cook down. Add all other vegetables and stir together. Be sure to use a large frying pan or a wok.

  2. 2

    Cover and let simmer for about 10 mlnutes on low. While this is going on have water boiling and cook linguine to all dente.

  3. 3

    Drain excess juices from pan. Drain pasta and stir into vegetables and then add sauce, continue to heat on low to medium for about 10 to 15 minutes.
