Shredded pork in spicy garlic sauce 鱼香肉丝

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsshredded lean pork
  2. 8shiitake mushroom rehydrated and sliced
  3. 2 cupsbellflower roots, rehydrated
  4. 1 cupsliced red or yellow bell peppers, or shredded carrots
  5. 1 TspPixian fermented bean paste
  6. 1 Tsppickled chili
  7. to tasteSalt, sugar
  8. 1 TspDark soy sauce
  9. 4 TSPoil
  10. 2garlic cloves, minced

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté each ingredients in oil and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix all cooked ingredients together on high heat and add sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve with rice.
