  4. 1 tbspparmesan cheese
  5. 8pieces croissant
  6. 2 tbspchopped chives

    In a large bowl, whisk 8 eggs, add parmesan cheese, grated cheddar and milk.

    Cook in a saucepan over lower heat, stirring continously until well blended.
