  2. 1 cupspring onion or cilantro
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 6 smallcherry tomato
  5. omelette ribbon
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. kikomon tempura and base sauce
  9. 2 tbsptempura sauce
  10. 1 tbspwater

    MAKE OMELETTE RIBBON

  2. 2

    beat eggs and season with dash of salt and pepper then on oiled pan pour a layer of eggs then let eggs set

    let eggs cooled then roll up and thinly slice omelette

    STIR FRY MUSHROOM

  5. 5

    in pan with oil stir fry shimeji mushroom for 1 minute then add sauce mix well then add water and stir fry for half a minute

    off heat and add omelette ribbon and spring onion and mix well then serve immediately
