Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 4 tbsponion greens (dried)
  3. 2 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  4. 1 tbsppaprika
  5. 4 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 1/4 tbspground black pepper
  7. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix beef and spices and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Roll beef into 4 inch by 1/2 inch cylinders and place on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Allow to cool and dice kafta into pieces. Skewer with vegetables of your choosing
