Ingredients

2 lbground beef
4 tbsponion greens (dried)
2 1/2 tbspgaram masala
1 tbsppaprika
4 1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 1/4 tbspground black pepper
2eggs

Steps

Mix beef and spices and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.

Roll beef into 4 inch by 1/2 inch cylinders and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool and dice kafta into pieces. Skewer with vegetables of your choosing
