Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 lbcauliflower
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1/2 stickmargarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your water add cauliflower.

  2. 2

    Cook 20 minutes mash the cauliflower. Drain the water off add margarine and salt

    Add heavy cream and mix with a hand mixer. Let sit 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!

  4. 4

    When you drain it make sure you get the water out because it will be runny if not.

Love this stuff. Its an awesome substitute for mashed taters n a great way to sneak veggies to my picky eaters
