Took me ages to get my mom to tell me! Hope you'll like it!
Cooking Instructions

Season the chicken, put ina bowl and add one bottle (or can) of beer with half of the herbs. Let it marinade 3-5 hours in the fridge, covered.

Cut the onion in julienne and melt 100gr. of the butter slowly in a large and deep pan. Take out the chicken from the bowl and let it dry in a papwer towel.

Once melted add the onion and let it coom for 5minutes, always stirring. Add the other 2 beers ans the restof the herbs along withthe beer mix in the bowl. Let it reduce.

Fry the chicken making sure the skin is crispy. Once the beer has reduced, add the chicken and let it cook for 5min before turning the heat off and serve right away.

Stole this one from someone else but I’m sure they won’t mind if I share the goodness! This can be done on the grill as well but I haven’t tried that yet, as our grill is not tall enough. This is hands down the juiciest chicken you will ever taste. You can omit the butter if you want, I just use it to crisp the skin up real nice.Forgot to mention if you have leftovers, you can pull the meat off and use it for many other recipes later on! (Including my Mostly Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and Chicken Crack.) Plain Jane -
