1/3 cupgreen bell pepper, diced
1/3 cupcelery, diced
1 tbspgarlic, minced
1 tbspchili powder
1 tspTabasco

1 tspground black pepper
1 cupketchup
1/2 cupapple cider vinegar
1/3 cupbrown sugar

In a small pot over medium-heat add the vegetable oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and celery until wilted.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and stir to combine. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, covered.
