  • 1 1/2 ozlime juice
  • 2 ozprickly pear syrup
  • ice
  • prickly pear syrup
  • 2 1/2 lbprickly pears (cactus fruit)
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 cupsugar

    mix all the ingredients for the Margarita with some ice

    garnish the rim of a nice shaped glass with brown sugar and a little bit of salt. Enjoy!
