Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 eachchicken breast
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupyoghurt
  • 150 gramscracker crumbs
  • 1 tspmixed dried herbs
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspthyme
  • 2 tspfresh ground cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cupoil whatever kind you like

  1. 1

    Flatten chicken breast between to sheets of baking paper.

  2. 2

    Slice into 1 1/2" pieces.

  3. 3

    Put chicken,milk,lemon juice,yoghurt into flat dish

  4. 4

    Marinate for a couple of hours or longer.

  5. 5

    Mix cracker crumbs,dried herbs &pepper

  6. 6

    Dip chicken in crumb mixture and fry in oil.Crumbs go golden and the meat is tender.
