2 tsplemon juice
1/4 cupyoghurt
150 gramscracker crumbs
1 tspmixed dried herbs
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspthyme
2 tspfresh ground cracked pepper
1/4 cupoil whatever kind you like

Flatten chicken breast between to sheets of baking paper.

Slice into 1 1/2" pieces.

Put chicken,milk,lemon juice,yoghurt into flat dish

Marinate for a couple of hours or longer.

Mix cracker crumbs,dried herbs &pepper

Dip chicken in crumb mixture and fry in oil.Crumbs go golden and the meat is tender.
