Cooking Instructions

Flatten chicken breast between to sheets of baking paper.

Slice into 1 1/2" pieces.

Put chicken,milk,lemon juice,yoghurt into flat dish

Marinate for a couple of hours or longer.

Mix cracker crumbs,dried herbs &pepper
- 6
Dip chicken in crumb mixture and fry in oil.Crumbs go golden and the meat is tender.
