  • 125 gramsButter
  • 3/4 cupCastor Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupSelf-Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cupMilo Powder
  • 1Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

    Beat in egg until it's fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add flour and milo powder. Mix until it is well combined.

  4. 4

    By using spoon, shape the dough into balls. Don't worry if it's a little sticky.

  5. 5

    Bake for about 15-25 minutes, 160°c. Cool completely on a wire rack and enjoy your delicious cookies!
