Ingredients

  1. 2 nosTender coconut
  2. 100 gramsSugar
  3. 10 gramsChina grass
  4. 1 TinMilkmade
  5. 1.5 LitresMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take the flesh of tender coconut. Add 2-3 table spoon tender coconut water to the  flesh  and blend well using a mixer.

    Cut china grass in small (you can use a cutting board and knife or a good scissor. How small the size it will melt quickly and no need of double boiling etc. Boil water in pan(you can  take 3/4 cup to 1 cup water). Put the china grass in boil water. Let it boil till heavy bubbles form. Then  reduce the flame and simmer it for 3 minutes. After that switch off flame, cover the pan with a lid and rest it for 10 minutes.

    In a heavy bottom pan take milk and milkmaid. Add sugar and boil the milk  till sugar get dissolved. Add the china grass mix(sieve through a strainer) to milk mixture. Check the sweetness and  add sugar if required.

    Once its get cooled to room temperature  pour in to individual mold or in serving dish

    You can add choco  chips in each mold or can garnish with  praline/roasted coconut or with chocolate shaving.....etc
