I wanted to eat something good, and I was running out of food.
Steps

Fry the carrot in a pan for about 5 minutes, then add onion and fry for another 3 minutes, then finally add the olives and fry another 5 minutes.

Place the yolks and the whites of the eggs in 2 different bowls.

Blend the whites until soft peaks form, then add the yolks and blend some more until the peaks become a little stiff.

Mix the fried veggies in a bowl. Then form balls about half the size of a fist and roll them in the egg.

Fry the pastries until they become golden brown.

Drain the oil and enjoy!
