Cooking Instructions

wash potatoes well cut into same sized pieces as closely as possible
- 2
cover with just enough water add 2 tablespoons of ghee hold the other two out till water evaporates
- 3
when water is almost gone mash the potatoes but not all the way add spices but only add half the parsley flakes when water is gone add the ghee turn potatoes add the rest of parsley flakes let brown on the second side

enjoy very yummy
