preheat oven to 400

cut chicken breast into three quarters and boil in pot with water till chicken is done

in a separate pot combine salsa, cream cheese and olives
- 4
shred chicken and add to salsa and cream cheese mix
- 5
line bottom of baking dish with enchilada sauce
- 6
spoon chicken mix onto tortilla, roll up and place in pan, repeat until pan is full
- 7
add thin layer of enchilada sauce to top, cover in cheese

bake for 20-25 min
