Ingredients

  • 4pork chops, boneless OR bone-in, about 1 1/4 inches thick
  • 1/2 cupOrange juice
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  • 2 tspground cumin
  • 1/4 tspcoarsely ground black pepper

    Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag.

  2. 2

    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops.

  3. 3

    Seal bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours.

  4. 4

    Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12-15 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145ºF.

  5. 5

    Allow chops to rest for 3-5 minutes once off the grill, and enjoy!!!
