Ingredients

1Pear (can substitute Apple)
1 bunchSpinach or Kale (can mix both)
2Bananas
1Mango
1/4 stickCelery, chopped
1/3Cucumber
1 1/2 cupStrawberry (frozen or fresh), chopped
2 1/2 cupIce
1 canpineapple (crushed or sliced) with juice (can substitute fresh pineapple)
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspOrganic Honey

Steps

Rinse all fresh ingredients with cold water.

Remove skin from mango and pear and cut both up.

Peel cucumber and cut into smaller pieces.
4

Add all ingredients to blender, packing with lots of spinach (and/or kale). Blend on high for 5 seconds.

Add ice and blend again well.
