Bon's Noodle Delight

This new recipe was in an attempt to replicate my Grandmother's chop suey. It tastes more Italian than it does Asian, however. Hence, the name :-) I hope you like it and I'll look forward to your pics.

When meat is cooked, add onion. Let onion cook thru before adding remaining vegetables.
- 4
Add all remaining vegetables till warmed or cooked thru.
- 5
Add soy sauce and soup base as needed to taste.
- 6
If you desire a thicker gravy, whisk together some corn starch with a bit of warm water and some juice from the pan. Add slowly, remember to cook thru. (Be sure to do this step before adding noodles.)
- 7
Finally, drain and add cooked spaghetti noodles with a bit of sesame oil. Toss together.

Beef Noodle Soup Beef Noodle Soup
Beef Noodle Soup is the perfect comfort food—warm, rich, and super satisfying. The tender shaved ribeye melts into the flavorful beef broth, and the noodles soak up all that goodness. A handful of fresh greens adds a nice touch, and if you like a little heat, some chili oil takes it to the next level. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for warming up on a chilly day—or when the AC is cranked up too high! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Hearty Udon Noodle Hot Pot Hearty Udon Noodle Hot Pot
I wanted to eat a hearty udon noodle hot pot.Adjust the dashi soup according to the size of the clay pot. The residual heat is hot, so after adding the eggs, cover the pot and turn the heat off quickly. Cook your eggs to your liking, but I like it soft-set. Use any leftovers in your fridge as toppings. My Spicy Love Noodles My Spicy Love Noodles
I love fusing seasoning just to see what would come from it. In this dish I mix cilantro, an Asian chili garlic sauce and low-sodium soy sauce. I loved it.Now remember all three seasonings can be very overpowering. So please adjust to your liking. Play around with it. I made this a meatless main dish for me. Tell me what type of dish would this be for you? What would you add? Conchata Hosley -
Nan's Beef & Noodles Nan's Beef & Noodles
The important components to the tastiest pot of beef & noodles are the rich broth, the right noodles, and low, slow cooking.NOTES:The broth ingredients may sound a bit odd, but trust me; it'll be SO flavorful! The addition of the red wine vinegar makes salt unnecessary....DON'T add salt!....and it tenderizes the beef. There won't be any vinegar flavor in the finished dish.Cut your stew beef pieces in fourths. You want them smaller for more uniform distribution with the noodles.DON'T substitute a different brand noodle. Reames frozen noodles are thick and chewy, hold up well to my slow cooking method (and when leftovers are reheated), and they add the perfect creamyness to the broth. Maggie Conlon
