Ingredients

20 mins

4 servings

400 gramsPasta (of your choice)
3 cupShiitake mushroom
2 tbspButter
250 gramsMascarpone cheese
1/2 cupSoy sauce
1/4 cupParsley
1/4 cupSpring onion

Cook the pasta according to package instructions

Chop shiitake mushroom, the parsley and the spring onions

Melt the butter and add he shiitake and the mascarpone. Cook it together for about 3 minutes

Add the soy sauce and cook for another minute
5

Add the spring onions and the parsley
6

Mix in the pasta and voilà! Ready to be served :)
