1 1/2 lbgreen peanuts
1red bell pepper
1orange bell pepper
1 cloveElephant garlic
5stalks of celery
1onion quartered
4jalapeños
1/4 cupsalt

Wash the peanuts.

Cut up ingredients, add the salt, chop the garlic, mince the bell peppers, slice the jalapeños, and add to the pot.

Fill pot with the peanuts and fill with water until it's just starting to float.

Boil for 2 hours, watch the water level. Add water as needed.
