Ingredients

6 servings

3boneless chicken breast, cooked, cooled and shredded
1 cupmayo
3scallions (green onions), chopped
3celery stalks, chopped
1green apple, peeled and chopped fine
1 cupchopped walnuts
2 tbsptarragon
1 tbsplemon juice (keeps apples from turning brown)
1salt and pepper, to taste

Seperately chop apple and douse with lemon juice.

Mix all ingredients together.

Enjoy in sandwiches; or on crackers or fillo shells as an appetizer.
