Ingredients

  • salad dressing:
  • 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1 tbspfresh lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1 mediumcucumber
  • 1/3 cupof each bell pepper(red,yellow,orange or green)
  • 1 tbspchopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbspchopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    wash and cut your veg salad as you like..put it in a bowl set aside.now start making your dressing in a small bowl combine all the ingridents for the dressing give a nice whisk and toss in your veg salad to coat.
