Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupAlmond milk unsweetened
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1large handful fresh baby spinach
  4. 1/2banana (preferably frozen)
  5. 1/2pear (I dont peel mine)
  6. 1 tbspground flax seeds
  7. 1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend spinach, water and almond milk for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend 30-45 seconds more. Enjoy!!
