Proof yeast: In big bowl mix water and sugar until dissolved. Add yeast until dissolved. Let it sit for 10 minutes

Add flour, salt. Cut the butter up into small pieces and add.

Knead! 10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes by mixer. Elastic smooth and not sticking.

Knead your dough into a ball and place in a oiled bowl. Turn the dough over once in the bowl to coat the dough.

Set the bowl in a warm place covered with a towel. Allow to rise for an hour

After an hour punch the dough down to get the air out. Knead it again shortly and split it into two balls.

Shape one ball into an oval and place in a greased load pan. Do the same with the other ball of dough.

Set the pans to rise for another hour

Place in preheated oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Pull out and let them sit for 5 minutes then take them out of the pan and place on cooling rack until cooled completely.
