Measure 5ml of lemon juice or vinegar and pour it in the cup.

Pour milk over to fill up the cup

Mix well and let it stand for five minutes.

After five minutes you can use this as buttermilk and I promise you, if you are baking with this mixture your cake will come out as fluffy as the cake with a store bought buttermilk.
