Creamy and spicy, yet with a sweetness and great balance of southwestern flavor! This dish was served to my husband when in Mexico at a home of a business friend. He liked it so much and found it so different that he had them write out the recipe for me to make at home. It’s a favorite for us, simple but delicious! fenway -

Pork Chile Verde Pork Chile Verde
This recipe was developed for a canned chile verde concentrate (which you may have been the recipient of!). The concentrate can be jarred and processed and is shelf stable for months. This recipe is scalable and each batch fits into 1 qt Mason jars. If you already have the concentrate you can skip to the pressure cooking step 5. I've also included a Dutch oven modification in case you don't have a pressure cooker.Enjoy! Lance Wilson -

Chile Con Carne Chile Con Carne
This is my family's recipe for special occasions that I've been making ever since I got married.Make this the night before, and let it sit overnight. The taste is completely different. It tastes even better if you add tabasco sauce! Reduce the amount of chili powder when serving to children. You can also store this in the freezer, and enjoy with chili dogs, pasta, or rice!
