  1. 2 eachHeirloom tomatoes
  2. 1 eachFresh ball Buffalo mozzarella
  3. 1 bunchFresh Basil
  4. 1 bunchFresh Baby Arugula
  5. 4 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. 2 tbspAged Balsamic Vinegar
  7. 1 tspBlack Pepper
  8. 1/4 tspSea Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a small bed of Arugula on each plate.

  2. 2

    Thinly slice each tomato and lay a slice or two of each one on the plates.

  3. 3

    Slice the mozzarella to a similar thickness and add a slice or two to the tops of the tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add a few fresh basil leaves to the tops of each plate then add the salt and pepper. Before serving add the oil and vinegar last.
