Easy and Super delicious. Bananas can be substituted by almost any other fruit or berries. Almond milk can be substituted by any other nut milk. Honey can be substituted by either agave or maple syrup. Serves 5 or 6 if small cups or 3-4 in bigger ones.

1 cupcashews
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tbsphoney
2 eachbananas (frosen or fresh)
1/3 tsplemon zest
1/2 cupalmond milk

Load all ingrefients except for almond milk into a blender

Add almond milk. Add more if using frosen bananas. The banana cream should have consistency of soft ice cream.

Blend on high speed until smooth
4

Serve in nice glases
