Ingredients

  1. 1 bagsoybean sprout
  2. 5 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1/2onion (sliced)
  4. 2 clovegarlic (minced)
  5. 3 stalkgreen onion (sliced long)
  6. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 1/2 tspsoy sauce
  8. 10dried anchovie (remove guts)
  9. 1/2 tbsphot pepper flakers
  10. 1 tbspsesame seeds (crushed)
  11. 1 tspsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    washed sprouts thoroughly (3 times)

    add everything besides green onions and sesame oil, seeds to pot and boil (closed lid) for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    remove lid and add sesame oil and green onion, stir, boil for additional 25 minutes
