Easy Dandan Noodle-style Soup with Bean Sprouts

I had leftover bean sprouts after making Dandan noodles the other day.
I wanted to make it again the next day but decided to make an easy bean sprout Dandan-style soup instead.
The restaurant I go to always serves Dandan noodles with uncooked bean sprouts.
I like the crunchy texture of fresh or uncooked bean sprouts and the combination with Dandan noodles so when I get to Step 3, I eat them right away rather than let them warm up. Recipe by milestone
Easy Dandan Noodle-style Soup with Bean Sprouts

Heat the sesame oil in a sauce pan and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the ground meat and fry.

Add the ● ingredients into the pan and simmer. After bringing to the boil add the bean sprouts.

When the bean sprouts are cooked through, it is done. I like bean sprouts nice and crunchy.

I forgot to put doubanjiang in the ingredients list so I added it. It's still tasty but I like it spicy.
