Steps

Mash the potatoes then add the grated carrots and mix well.

Add the grated onions, garlic, chips spice and grated green pepper.

Mix it well with salt too. Break the egg and whisk.

Roll into round balls. Dip the round balls in the eggs then roll again in flour
- 5
Heat oil to the maximum. Dip the rolled balls one by one till all of them are finished
- 6
Fry till golden brown. Serve
