Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 lbground beef
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cuprice(add more if mixture is too moist)
  • 1 packages 3 oz real bacon bits
  • 1 large can of tomato sauce
  • 1 large container of tomato juice
  • salt,pepper,onion powder,garlic powder

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix meat, eggs, rice, and seasonings in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Stir together tomato juice and sauce in crock pot.

  3. 3

    Roll meat mixture into balls

  4. 4

    Place in sauce

  5. 5

    Turn crock pot on high (4 hours) or low (6-8hours)

  6. 6

    Serve with mashed potatoes
