Savoy Cabbage with Almonds & Raisins (vegan)

A sweet counterbalance to the bitter iron taste of the cabbage comes from the raisins, while the almonds add a little crunch. Delicious with sausages, or strongly flavoured game meat like venison in a sauce made with cranberry or redcurrant jelly, or with a fruity, spicy chutney.
