Ingredients

  • 1 cupbutter
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 2grated lemon rinds
  • 3 cupflour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar disolved in juice of 2 lemoms

Steps

  1. 1

    ceam butter, sugar, and eggs

  2. 2

    add lemon rind

  3. 3

    add dry ingrdients alternatinf with milk

  4. 4

    pour into two loaf pans

  5. 5

    bake at 350° for 45-60 minutrs

  6. 6

    remove from oven and drizzle with sugar/lemon mixture
