Ingredients

  1. 11 lb pkg rainbow rotini
  2. 1 canartichoke hearts chopped
  3. 1 canblack olives sliced
  4. 1 cupcherry tomatoes halved
  5. 1/4 cuproasted red peppers diced
  6. 1/2 cupmini pepperoni or diced salami
  7. 1/2 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  8. 1bottle of bernsteins cheese & garlic italian dressing

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain and rinse under cool water until just warm.

  2. 2

    Add chopped veggies, salami or pepperoni, and cheese. Toss to combine.

  3. 3

    Pour dressing over salad and stir to combine. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.

  4. 4

    Feel free to add or sub any veg you would prefer
