Ingredients

6 can6 oz minced clams
3 cupchopped onion
3 cupdiced celery
3 quarthalf and half
2 1/4 cupbutter
2 1/4 cupflour
1salt and pepper to taste
1ceyenne to taste

drain clam juice onto uncooked veggies

add enough water to cover and simmer until veggies are tender
3

melt butter then add flour and blend
4

cook separately for 1minute then add cream to butter mixture slowly
5

add to veggies then add clams
6

season to taste
