  1. 12 mediumpotatoes peeled boiled mashed
  2. 1 quartheavy cream
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 stickmargarine
  5. 15 ozcan of evaporated milk
  6. water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, boil and mash the potatoes. Add heavy cream , milk, salt if too thick add some water.

  2. 2

    Whip or stir till mixed well serve with butter, gravy or by themselves. serve hope you enjoy
