Ingredients

  1. 6eggs
  2. 2 tbspmilk
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/4 tbsponion, chopped
  5. 1/2 tsppaprika
  6. 1 dashsalt
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. 2 sliceham
  9. 1cheddar cheese (just enough to sprinkle on each egg cup)
  10. 12foil baking cups

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 450°. Place foil baking cups in a cupcake pan.

  2. 2

    Mix together first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Pour egg mixture into foil cups until each is about 3/4 full.

  3. 3

    Cut up ham into small pieces and evenly distribute into cups. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

  4. 4

    Bake 8-10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Freeze leftovers to enjoy as a quick breakfast another day!
