Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupbutter
  • 1 1/4 tspItalian seasoning
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tsptarragon
  • 1/8 tspwhite pepper
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2chicken breasts
  • 2 cupcorn chex, crushed (or chex of your choice)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in seasonings. Add flour. Stir until thoroughly blended.

  2. 2

    Dip chicken in butter mixture. Roll in chex crumbs. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

  3. 3

    Bake in 450°F oven for 20 minutes. Do not turn. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
